Abusing freebies
A friend of mine recently attended a 'Champaign Lunch', where he was compelled drink as much fizzy stuff as he could between the first and last courses. In an ideal world we'd ask restaurant staff to tell us stories about fatties stuffing themselves at All You Can Eat places, but we recognise that our members don't all work in the catering trade, so for the rest of you - tell us something about abusing freebies. BTW: Bee puns = you fail.

Mars bars
In about 1990/1991 Mars did an offer where they gave away vouchers inside Mars bars.
The odds of winning these vouchers were 9/1.
I ended up winning 5 in a row (i.e. paying for 1, and getting another 5 free)
Odds of this: 95/1!

Lucky day
That reminds me of a fantastic day I had when I opened a pack of Mini Jaffa Cakes and it contained 7 instead of 6. Later that day I was part of the winning team in a football tournament. What joy! Happy days!
I'm easily pleased.

Not quite
That's not the correct value for the odds. It should be:
(10^5 - 1) - 1
