Bonemaster 3000
Current project was prompted by a friend saying she'd 'quite like a sybian'.
After looking at the cost of those buggers, I put some tips gleaned from years of machine-porn to good use - one thumping big AC motor & speed control, crank wheel, and cobbled-together but surprisingly effective linkage later, the Bonemaster 3000 is ready to roll.

I'll forget, so here

That's a very early test firing (back when it was known as the Aperture Science Portable Self-Gratification Device), and isn't mounted on the chair/frame/arm guide, doesn't have the spiffy acetal flywheel with adjustable thrust depth replacing the metal arm, and lacks an 8" dong epoxied to the steel spiky bit on the end of the blue shaft. The control box is out of shot (that's from a vid clip, so I was using it), but it's just a box with a pot control and a big red emergency stop button.
