@Davros' Granddadvery similar to me in Greece as well. First couple of years, no problems. The mozzies didn't seem to bother me at all. Third time got a few bites which surprised me. Last time over there was eaten alive - total nightmare.
I've heard that Marmite is a good deterrent for the little buggers; not sure how true this is though ;-)
