One of the B3ta team danced on stage at the Brixton Academy dressed as an enormous white rabbit, and lived to tell the tale. Confess the stuff – good or bad - you've done anonymously.

Do you ever use up shampoo left in showers?
Having a shower at the gym, think, hey someone has left some proper shampoo here, I don't have to use the free skanky stuff. Poor on head and may notice slightly off smell.
It's ok, piss is not bad for your hair.
Thing is , don't be tight, buy your own, or live with the fact that someone may have pissed in the bottle that's been left behind.

Surely the people who leave it behind
don't want it anymore, and it's fair game?
You're a meanie for doing this.

When I worked in a gym
we were constantly surprised by what the dirty buggers'd done in the showers.
Every body fluid you could see or smell was regularly distributed around the walls, floor and soap/shampoo units. Probably a few less discernible ones, too.
So if you ever have a grumble about the showers being closed for cleaning so often, at least you now know why!
