And idiot maybe.Whether I don't understand how replies work, or just can't be arsed to use the system properly remains to be seen. What I don't understand though, is how != equals a negative association rather than a positive. I do have plenty to learn.

In programming languages, '!=' means 'does not equal', whereas '=' or '==' means 'equals'. To be fair, assuming someone's an idiot for misunderstanding fairly esoteric terms which have no direct relevance to the matter in hand is a bit of a dick-move.
