You forgot Jarlsberg
& Red Leicester & Double Gloucester. Some Dutch mild cheese is alright e.g. Gouda or Maasdam. Sweetish/Nutty.

Just done some 'research'*
And komijnekaas is a variant of different kinds of cheese, so you can have Edam komijnekaas, or Leidse komijnekaas. Basically a flavour of any cheese.

'Research' here meaning, 'I looked it up on Wikipedia'.
