Redundant technology
Music on vinyl records, mobile phones the size of house bricks and pornography printed on paper. What hideously out of date stuff do you still use?
Thanks to boozehound for the suggestion

Not quite vinyl, but...
...my car has a tape deck in it even though it was manufactured in 2004. As it's no longer possible to get tapes, I'm still listening to the ones I had back in the 80s. Am getting a bit sick of Aha now :/

Dig out your log book
Find the first owner and send them a letter of complaint.
I had a courtesy car the other week and that had a tape deck too, I could find one tape and that was The Crash Test Dummies - God Shuffled His Feet. Side B was rubbish. Weeps!

My car also has a tape deck...well a 2000 Megane would do...
Poundland - 3 good quality tapes for - guess how much? (grins) I used to compile and burn my own mix cds, now happily put onto tape for singing along to on the very boring A21. Happy, happy driving.

Sensible solution, should you really want it.
Halfords sell this thingy (I'm crap with technology so I dunno the technical term. 'Thingy' will have do) that looks like a cassette tape with a lead attached. Simply jam the cassette into your car stereo and you can plug the lead into an MP3 player. Easy peasy.

Recording new tapes would be lovely, but...
