My wife is enormous, I work behind the counter at Lidl and my penis is pretty much non-existent.
As for doing anything of any worth...well that's subjective of course, but I once spent a whole weekend alphabetising my dvd collection.
I imagine you do things of worth all the time Emvee. Even in your sleep.
