If you post across different areas of b3ta (board/links/talk) as well as qotw then you can pretty much gauge the number of clicks as your posts are returned in an order something like:
...
...
qotw 5 clicks
links/board/talk 5 clicks
qotw 4 clicks
links/board/talk 4 clicks
qotw 3 clicks
links/board/talk 3 clicks
...
...
No qotw (others maybe aswell?) posts are included after November 2010 which I DEMAND TO BE FIXED.
