Can we have a rule for qotw
that when you post an anecdote you don't abbreviate people's names to a single letter? It's like reading a bloody algebra equation. If you don't want to post people's real names, make up a fake one or use a lolarious nickname. Stories like "then Tubby Bitch tried to kick Durnoid" are much easier to read than "then B tried to kick M". We don't use single letters to identify people in real life, so when you do so it's hard to keep track of.

I disagree
Single letters are simple, efficient and not at all confusing if the writer is competent and articulate.
If we could ban poor writers, though...
