I would say rather than an arbituary figure like number of months hereor number of posts - I'd say you get the "This is Spam!" button only after you have donated and recieved a b3ta icon - that seems a fair way to define who is serious about b3ta and who is retarded who might spam the spam button ;)

you make good points, here and down below.others have made sensible comments too, both in favour and against muu's suggestion. i hate spam and trolls quite a bit so i'd kill them if i could, but i understand the soft-hands approach.
bah, the b3tan overlords will do as they wish.
