Make it so that the top three people on the board stats aren't allowed to post the next day
This will have a positive effect in a few ways:

- the board doesn't get dominated by someone just because they post a lot

- the people who post a lot will have to go outside and so will feel better about their lives, thus improving the quality of their future posts

- people will avoid posting superfluous *ningles, I'm eating eggs* crap

- people who have posted tons in the last few days will start to hold off unless they have something really funny to say
