I was bullied the whole way through school, mostly because ignoring bullies doesn't always stop them.

They all work in HR now.

HRM - "And?"

Me - "and I've even paid for it ..."

HRM - "So? Did you fill in Form 3737a Pt ii) ?"

Me - "Urm ..."

HRM - "In triplcate?"

Me - "No"

...is that when they've finished filling all the paperwork out for everyone to get made redundant by the firm going into liquidation, they then have to do their own paperwork too.

I fucking hate HR
The only part of a business with no real money-making purpose. They have to justify their own existence and come up with all sorts of crap. I couldn't live with myself doing that.

Maybe where you work
The HR department at the company I work for just dealt with a bullying manager who was making life a misery for several people. He wasn't fired, but I've never before seen a grown man look like a kid who's had his bum smacked for being rude. He was well and truly put in his place and you can really see the strain as he puts in an effort to be pleasant.
