I don't doubt it
But the whole 'water memory' sort of pales in comparison, to me, to someone insisting that if you hold a food item near your hand and there's any muscle movement then it means you're allergic to that food. Sadly, I have a friend who is completely convinced both things are legitimate medical treatments. I wonder if she'll run out of stupid before she runs out of money.
