It's a legal issueIf somebody asks for Coke, the bar staff / waiter HAS to say that it's not 'Coca-Cola' (the association is there).
The same if they order Pepsi (they have to say that they only have Coke.
And yes, I've had a bloke refuse Coca-Cola on the grounds that it's manky.
