Jingles. You know, the Intel bongs, the Smash tune, the 'Pee See Wooorld' song.
They're called jingles, right? Always have been, right? Wrong. The ex is in marketing. They're called 'sonic mnemonics' now. Wankers.

I find them disturbingly fascinating. I'm sure that Abba were a government plot to investigate Pavlovian responses in humans
It's amazing how you can get people to act almost exactly how you want them to using an aural hook.

Jingles are different from sonic mnemonics - AKA sonic logos. A jingle would be a full tune - either fully song or top &/or tail like the 'we buy any car' or 'go compare' ads, the sonic logo is the intel/direct line thing. Different thing.
