Apologies in advance if they have already been covered.Starting any sentence with the word basically. 99.99% of the time it isn't even a summation of the story/anecdote they'd tell anyway, it just has basically at the start.
Using the phrase fairly unique, is just grammatical ineptitude epitomised.

Would of
