wonka used it when telling charlie about all the shit that needed to be cleaned.
I thought gene wilder brought real flair and class to the use of the redundant phrase etcetera etcetera.
Just my thought on the matter. Maybe you need a suede top hat and a purple velvet jacket to really pull it off.
