Dreadful pits of hellish torture for both customer and the people who work there. Press 1 to leave an amusing story, press 2 for us to send you a lunchbox full of turds.

The AA are shit.
Ive never personally been a member but had car insurance who outsourced to them, and on 2 occasions where I needed them I waited and waited and waited and waited.
First occasion they sent a guy from 20 miles away to tow me 2 miles to nearest garage after my clutch went. Had to wait 3 hours for this, i reckon i coulda pushed the car myself in that time.. and shoulda just drove it anyway. Nothing like ramming in the gears :)
Second time was just a run down battery. Geezer couldnt find where i was despite being at a huge business centre on the side of a main road.. so they cancelled the call. Another 3 hours later and finally someone turned up to jump start me and off I went.
Got £30 goodwill voucher for that one! Useless f**ks!
