and am beginning to think it was an elaborate plan by jehovah witnesses to get my hopes up and crush them.

Confession time
The whole thing was made up.

It wasn't really. And to put it simply, no I haven't told her yet. We've been talking non stop though, more than usual, and you know when you just have that positive feeling in times like these? I have it. At least I think I do.

I'm going to wait until I'm back in London to tell her in person. Which, coincidentally, is tomorrow. Well, kind of. I fly to Switzerland on Tuesday to watch Fulham for my sins. Home again Thursday, and I will be seeing her as soon as she finishes work Friday evening. That is arranged.

Wish me luck, and without sounding too patronising, if that's the right word, thanks for being interested. I'm flattered. Genuinely.
