ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

free chips!i was at mcdonalds and i found a burnt chip in my chip holder thingy, i purposely waited until i'd eaten nearly all my chips, then i went to the counter and complained so got a fresh load of chips :-)
