This is a question The Credit Crunch

Did you score a bargain in Woolworths?
Meet someone nice in the queue to withdraw your 10p from Northern Rock?
Get made redundant from the job you hated enough to spend all day on b3ta?

How has the credit crunch affected you?

The thing about the Credit Crunch that makes me weep
is that my old Star Wars toys and my first five hundred issues of 2000AD are worth fuck all now...

That makes me feel
Less bad about my Mum throwing mine away.

haha...
erm...sorry, I meant to say bummer.

I'll buy them all off you for a fiver.
Quick, before they deflate further!

Naaah!
Give it six months... They'll be back, and you'll have something to read/play with in the meantime that you don't need to spend any more on..

OUch
Still bitter?

Made me laugh though!

Why CHCB.
Why did you have to tell me that!

I was counting on mine to fund my retirement.

Nice one CHCB
Short, sweet and hits the spot

*clicks*

I wish someone said that about me...
*cries*

Well, they did. If you replace the "sweet and hits the spot" with "disappointing and brief".

2000AD
Just how many b3tans have got a large stash of 2000ad in their lofts?

I have the first thousand and various annuals and a working copy of "Flesh" (glued down to playing cards) too.

We'll have to organise so that we don't all flood the market at once.
