As a childI always found "The Singing Ringing Tree" very creepy. Most of you young B3tans won't remember it though .... lucky you.

Having never heard of it I googled and found a reviewThe first line was...
The Singing Ringing Tree sounded innocent. But it was, in fact, evil, and one of the most downright pieces of TV ever to be aimed at children...
the last line was...
If anyone gives you a tape or DVD of this show, burn it, before others are harmed.

I took my son to see it in Oxford......as the Phoenix Picturehouse were showing it as a one-off on a Sat morning. A badly-dubbed Techicolor-gone-wrong fairytale.
The boy enjoyed it though...
