yesAgreed. This is known as Focus 2 (Kepples Model) but Focus 3 youre actually projecting it to the Astral world.
I guess to prove it, would be to obtain information or communicate with someone which can then be proven in real life. Robert Monroe has apparantly proved this to be the case by having two people projecting at the same time to Focus 3. Both with headphones on, and in isolated rooms. Monroe was telling one of them to tell the other one specific information. When they came around, the other one was able to repeat the information which Monroe had said.
Its in an interesting read anyway :) Mainly because if you do find it interesting and want to persue it, then you have the opportunity to go find out for yourself. Religion doesnt give such pleasure.
