Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

I work in IT support
More often than not, if you ask the customer "have you tried ....." they will say "yes and it still doesn't work".
You remotely log into their machine to find that they haven't tried ..... They didn't actually understand what ..... was so they just said "yes" for the fuck of it.
Cunts.

On the other hand
Having been told every cunting time to "turn it off and turn it on again" I try doing that before I phone IT. Guess what the twats tell me to do?

all.
the.fucking.time.
AllTheTime.
Bastards.
I had one once where his screen had gone 'black' - I said the power cables probably come out the back.
"Oh, no it hasn't" - he even paused while he 'looked to see if it had'
I went down the 7 flights of stairs (ok, an exageration, 2) and sure enough, the power cable was laying behind the monitor on the desk.
Bastards.
I wouldn't mind, but I'm a fucking programmer and I keep getting interupted by people with stupid 'PC problems' (which no doubt they would 'fix' themselves if they were at home) which I have to go and bloody fix, cos as far as they are concerned, I'm "I.T." ("it's all the same isn't it???")
