temporary toilet
are i and my siblings the only kids to get utterly freaked out by a film, need to go for a wee and refuse to go upstairs to the loo, choosing to pee in the mop bucket in the kitchen instead?
somehow, i doubt it.

no, not at all..
I'm a grown-up (or so it says, sort of, on my passport) but I got so freaked out by the bit in "Signs" where the alien walks about in a kids birthday party that I had to take my boyfriend with me when I went to the loo. My loo, in my house, at 8 o'clock at night.. If I'd had a mop bucket handy then that would have done instead..

heheh
i've lived on my own for 10 years, i'm used to being alone in the dark now. i don't even shit myself anymore when a fuse blows during a night-time viewing of the evil dead.
well, not much, anyway.

Not at all.... For some reason I'd always go outside and pee in the garden rather than going upstairs. The light for the landing was only turned on from the landing itself you see, and if it was off I'd have to brave the stairs in the dark.... And even though the garden was dark as well, it was somehow less scary than the prospect of the stairs.

arf!
my granddad had an outside toilet, we were terrified to go in there! quite apart from all the spiders(which i'm not scared of), it was really creepy and the other kids would stand outside trying to freak me out :(
