every kitchen in the world ever.i've bummed around in several pub/restaurant jobs, and when it comes to food used by dates, they are seldom used, or when they are, everyone just peels the old date off when its out of date, and sticks a new one on until the product is used up. i can pretty much guarantee everywhere does this, just to get a good stock take.
