half price fruitSupermarkets put "HALF PRICE" on fruity items like strawberries, melon and the like - but actually they are not half the price they paid for it - they are half ther price they were a month ago. This is how it goes with fruit - it is seasonal and you get gluts sometimes so the price goes down . they could do us all a favour and when there is a shortage of said fruit put "DOUBLE THE PRICE!" on it.
