First World Problems
Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

I sense a disturbance in the QotW...
As if millions of voices cried out 'bollocks to this!', and then left it 'til next Thursday

The problem here
is that 'first world problems' is a somewhat stale meme. It has been all over the net for the last 6 months.
We could just repost a lot of stuff we read a week ago on the Chive, but it'd be unoriginal, and some nerd would post a link to wherever we got it from.

*Ahem*
We could also repost stories from the previous QotW, the first QotW and probably most of the ones in between.

Or
people could just not have voted for it. Actually, who does vote for these questions?

I have no idea
But in the spirit of democracy, this was a major-league fuck-up by the masses

The problem is
that it's not "Tell us your first-world problems" it's "tell us of the first world whining that really annoys you".
People seem to not be reading that clearly.

I don't make the rules, and this shitehawk of a qotw won the vote fair and square
but this almost seems like an open invitation for /talk trolls to rip the whole thing to shreds.
tinfoil hat, anyone?

Or, we could just ignore the question and start answering a different, more interesting one

Well, "Dices With Death" (in the suggestions) might generate a richer seam of stories

I agree, however, Guntfuggle Quackblast has fucked up by putting that in now.
It's blatantly obvious that Scaryduck only bothers checking the last four-or-five suggestions posted on a Thursday. If you want your choice considering - you pop it in then.

^^^This^^^...
I came up with the 'Random acts of Evil' QotW, and I made a conscious effort to not put the suggestion in until the Thursday morning, as I knew it would get better consideration.
Take that how you will.
