This is a question First World Problems

Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

I'm not happy with the differing sound levels on my ipod
So much so that I have done nothing about it. I annoyingly have to change the volume up or down accordingly.

It is sooooo mildly frustrating, and occasionally, when playing a playlist, I get my ears blasted and have to rapidly turn the volume down. It can ruin my minute.

You can, of course go into each track's properties in iTunes
And adjust the volume if it's relatively too quiet/too loud.

If you've got a couple of days to do it one track at a time.

Replaygain can do that automatically.
And there are also a load of tools that'll convert it to apples own arse-backwards way of doing things.

Incase anyone reading is looking for a solution
ipod.about.com/od/advanceditunesuse/ss/soundcheck_it.htm

Should do the trick. If you don't use itunes check out replaygain.
