This is a question First World Problems

Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

Oh...
and anyone who buys coffee that costs more than 50p...

Apart from homeless shelters
you would be hard pushed to find any where that sells Coffee for less than 50p this is why I have stopped buying it.

admittedly 50p was plucked out of the air...
...but you get the gist.

I have a £3 kettle at work and a pot of coffee...

By about 10 o'clock in the morning I've already saved money, and on top of that I'm not subjected to Starbucks lies about being "ethical"

A win-win situation there for me every day...it's no wonder why I'm so fucking happy...

Instant coffee tastes awful. At least buy proper ground coffee from the supermarket & take your own cafetiere to work.

Of course, but honestly
where can one buy a decent cafetiere these days. And that Fairtrade coffee is so expensive.

If the choice is instant or Starbucks,
it's pretty much lose lose.

To be honest instant coffee does taste shit.
I have a peculator in my office that I bought cheap at a market and I know my ground coffee has been grown by slaves.
