I do Brazilian style. Large chunks of fillet beef, stuck on a fork with some rock salt, rotating over coals. You slice it off as it cooks, straight onto plates.

I bought the rotisserie thing in Brazil. Works good.

You can get the proper cuts of beef in London, there are a few Brazilian shops dotted around. It actually works out cheaper than buying rib-eye.
