Sounds yummy.Reminds me of the first time I saw sauerkraut with bacon bits -- cabbage+bacon=win as far as I'm concerned.

I used to live with a Germanand stereotypically, we'd have sauerkraut, potatoes and pork about once a week. Marvellous stuff.
