It’s simple really.All you have to do is discover / invent something that everybody needs really badly, but where you are the only person who can provide it.
Then you can charge as much as you like.

Alternatively...Spot something that everyone *might* need really badly, take out a patent on it, wait till someone else has done the hard work of development, deployment, testing, advertising, promotion and support, then pop up and charge as much as you like.
It's a lot less work. Ask Unisys or SCO.
