Prejudice and bullying are ugly no matter what the cause.
I still don't understand what the problem is with Brits and redheads. Seriously, over here the opposite tends to be true in that redheads are pretty well sought after.

That said, any defense of bullying a group of people based on their natural appearance is utterly unacceptable. Even if the prejudice doesn't quite reach the heights of discrimination in the workplace, it's still fucking ugly and reflects poorly on the society that tolerates it.
