South Downs College, Hampshirecirca 1993...after a few drug busts on our common room (hmm no idea why, but then I can't remember much of college..go figure)
The college installed black signs with vinyl letters about 4x3ft:
DRUGS ARE ILLEGAL
ANYONE FOUND IN POSSESSION WILL BE PROSECUTED
3 days later:
DRUGS ARE LEGAL
ANYONE FOUND IN SESSION WILL BE CUTE
3 days later still:
