Someone once told me that gullible wasn't in the dictionary and I went, "yeah yeah ha ha" but when they were gone that didn't stop me checking. What was YOUR most gullible moment? Zero points for buying an icon on b3ta.

Sorry for lack of funnies.
I believed him when he said he would love me forever. That we would be together forever. Now, if that wasn't gullible.
I also believed he'd tell me something like this in person, even if if was over the phone. Not in an email saying : "It's become apparent since our anniversary that I no longer love you as a girlfriend."
Love makes us gullible, no?

Did he actually use those words?!
And if so, did the subject line say something like 'Notification of termination of relationship'?
He sounds like a twat.

Those are indeed the actual words he used.
After a year.
A year.
I almost found out on Facebook. "Luckily" I checked my emails first. But he'd changed things on Facebook before I knew. So potentially, loads of people knew before I did.
I don't get it.

I live with him.
And am involved in numerous clubs etc with him.
It's not so simple...

My mate dumped his girlfriend by email. Telling her that he was gay. She lived in the street behind his. If he wasn't my friend I'd surely think he was a twat. As he is my friend, we all say he's a legend.

And he dumped you via EMAIL?
Fucking hell! That's a bit off to say the least...

Indeed. I still haven't actually heard from him in person, and he broke up with me on Sunday.
The more he leaves it, the more annoyed I get, and the more I wonder how he can expect us to continue living together (shared house with 3 other people, so he has his own room) and be friends.

I fall into this camp too and felt pretty crummy for a while afterward.
However that email note is amazing, were you dating Lord Byron or something?
Anyway, mine never even had the balls to say goodbye in any format. Loathsome turd. Mind you, I am very glad now. What a pompous tosser.
