All very imaginative but...The worst has to be a dish I heard of called Harrarra. It is raw hamburger seasoned with urine and bile. Anything made out of raw hamburger has to take the prize in my case. I know about cattle farming practises and there is no need to add any bodily fluids to something that is probably contaminated anyway. Steak Tartar is almost as bad, raw hamburger with a raw egg on top. Bad and wrong.
