This is a question I'm going to Hell...

...because I said the Lord's Prayer backwards at a funeral to summon up the Goat of Mendes, Freddie Woo tells us. Tell us why you're doomed.

Thanks to Kaol for the suggestion

I haven't seen...
...The Dark Knight yet.

Just telling this fact to almost any member of the general public seems to cause them some physical discomfort. It seems to genuinely upset some people and I feel this great sin may cast me into the depths of hell. I must have missed the last memo from the great Space Pope himself that said everyone had to see this piece of cinematic genius.*

And how ever good the film is, I get the feeling that it won't cause me as much pleasure as I get from shrugging my shoulders and saying I haven't got round to watching it yet.

*So I hear.

Mehworthy
It's not actually that good. More of a Batman film than the latest Bond film is of a Bond film. But not the greatest thing ever.

Still, a very watchable movie. Worth the £12 in Tesco or £0 on Pirate Bay!

If you're not a regular moviegoer, don't bother with Max Payne. At least if you've played the game. The movie's entirely different. Not utterly horrific as a standalone piece- though certainly not a bit of future-proofed cinematic genius-but when you think back to the game it was soooooooo much better.

I loved it.
Loads. But no matter how good it is you're not going to like it now because of all the hype!

Hype
The hype doesn't really bother me, although it is quite bizarre from an outside perspective watching people go crazy about this film.

I will watch the film soon, I'm not much of a cinema goer due to high prices which is why I never went in the first place. If anything the hype prevented me from pirating the film as it sounds like it deserves better than that.

It's utter cock.
It's two hours you could enjoy something else with.

Brokeback Mountain
I get the same response everytime I go "Meh" to Brokeback Mountain.

Who gives a cock if someone doesn't want to see that movie or the Dark Knight? Now burning kittens alive with a lighter in public is enough to get that response, and then some. But not watching a movie?

Meh.

I have no intention of seeing it.
The fact "Why so serious?" has become an internet meme annoys the fuck out of me and if I read one more post on the internet about girls wanting to shag the Joker I will strangle them with their own CAT5 cable.

Plus, I liked Batman better when he still went POW SPANG WHAP and wasn't all emo.

right this is a pile ...
of lets-be-polar-opposite, perverse - ain't i so clever shite from this lot above

it was not a perfect movie, but it is an excellent popcorn thrill ride

christian bale is a great actor but this was not his finest moment. caine was turning up and taking the money. fair enough hes an old man - hes allowed that - you match alfie, the ipcress or the man who would be king.

heath ledger is however simply awsome to watvh on screen.

he will get an oscar (heard it here first) but sadly most will write it off as sympathy vote/scmaltz - a high factor bit of hollywood self reassurance. sad thing that.

the thing is under all his lizard like licks and ticks you feel sorry for the little lost unloved boy

that's what made him the vicious insecure cunt he becomes.

emos can fuck off back to the crow of whatever pish they simper over now while maintaining their right to be soooo alternative and individual while being an identikit stripey sock clad marketeers wetdream. i know, i am one...

christ! we literally do see you trudging towards us.

its a fun, entertaining movie - stop trying to be so fucking deep

meh!

I used to do that with Star Wars
It drove my friends batty to the point that I was making an actual effort to avoid seeing the films.

I made it up to the royal age of 24 when last year five of my friends pinned me down and made me watch it :p

Still, was a good run!
