This is a question IT Support

Our IT support guy has been in the job since 1979, and never misses an opportunity to pick up a mouse and say "Hello computer" into it, Star Trek-style. Tell us your tales from the IT support cupboard, either from within or without.

So, more of an IT no-helpdesk when you were there?
Basically, it seems that you and your colleague scammed someone out of £100; instead of actually, you know, doing the job you were being paid to do. Even though she started it, you allowed her to proceed and accepted a share of the ill-gotten gains, so you're just as culpable. While I agree that the Student should have known better, and might have been annoying; that doesn't excuse defrauding the desperate, apparently justified solely by crass stereotyping.

No click for you from me!
