This is a question IT Support

Our IT support guy has been in the job since 1979, and never misses an opportunity to pick up a mouse and say "Hello computer" into it, Star Trek-style. Tell us your tales from the IT support cupboard, either from within or without.

Following instructions
They were only doing what you told them to do. I used to teach student nurses how to use computers (best job ever) and lots of them did this at first. After the first few did it I changed how I told them to do it. Shortly afterwards I was taught by some of the nurses a thing or two about human anatomy but this time no words were needed. Well, it's only fair that they return the favour isn't it?
