I'm male,and I'd complain if someone tried to hit me. I think it's fair enough for women to complain as well.

I think he meanssomeone female rambling on about how men and women should be entirely equal, someone male makes a flipped remark and gets punched by her for it then punches back.
Then gets hit with shouts of "Wifebeater" or "You can't hit me, I'm a girl!". And gets arrested, even though if it was two guys punching each other once it'd strangely not be worth the paperwork for the police.
