This is a question Impulse buys

I'm now the owner of a monster trampoline that's nearly too big for the garden. Tell us your retail disasters and triumphs.

...if you don't want it....
...my kids and wife have been wanting one since they came out. We haven't paid the mortgage in two months and the council keep writing to use because we're so far in arrears with our council tax, so we're never going to afford one until about 2087AD - maybe begging is my way forward. Imagine the look on their little (and wife's big) faces as I come home from trying to find some clients for my failing business with a Wii under my arm and bags under my eyes. I may even get to sit on the settee instead of the floor that night.

I'd even walk to wherever you are to pick it up, unless you live on an island of course - that would be silly.

Maybe we could trade something or my services? I don't know what you're into, but if it's only for a one night then I'm sure I'm strong enough to last out (after all, the guy from Npower managed to clear my fuel bills that way...)

Anyway, the man at the library desk keeps looking over- I think he remembers me from a few weeks ago when he caught me napping in the erotic section - I'd better go. If you don't want the Wii, We'd love it.

BIDDING WAR!
i'll buy it just for the satisfaction of filling it with firecrackers and throwing it on the barbeque.

Both tempting offers
but I think I'll wait and see what comes of this because it looks like it could be incredible...

I agree - it does look amazing!
...oh, wait...what does? There's nothing to look at! It's a great idea in principle but it reminds me of myself and my friends when we were at school - we would often dream up great games imagining all sorts of fantastic controlling options. Pity none of us could program and that the available hardware had no chance of doing what we wanted it to do! still, we had some ace ideas!

I'm going to start walking to your house now - I'm going to assume you live south of me so I'll set off in that direction - you can give me the address en route.

Sounds like
It could potentially be as awful as "Alone in the Dark". Though I do like the Wii other than that particular game.
