I haven't had some "me" time in a long time.
Just booked a trip to San Francisco....leaving Friday May 29th, coming home Sunday the 31st. Yay me!
I LOVE San Francisco, lots. Any Northen Californians up there wanna meet for a drink?

otherwise a 3 day trip containing 2 8hr flights sounds like hell rather than "me" time!

And from the UK, San Francisco is actually a lot more than 8 hours. I seem to remember it's over 11 hours from Heathrow.
Not the sort of thing you want to do for a weekend trip.
