Why is it
that everyone I know apparently 'doesn't get hangovers'? I was under the impression that hangovers were a relatively universal phenomenon, yet whenever I'm complaining about one to someone, 9 times out of 10 they tell me that they don't get them. Are they just being cool dudes or am I the only one that often wakes up with trampcock-mouth, even if I haven't been particularly pissed?

I don't get 'em.
I'm a bit sluggish and I don't fancy eating for a while, but I don't get the "having your brain smashed with a slice of lemon wrapped around a gold brick" type thing everyone else is always whinging about. And, to keep the reply on topic, I'm always so skint I can never afford to enjoy the benefits more than a few times a year.

I never got them when I was younger
and I was quite pleased with myself and proud to tell others.

Now that I'm a bit older, I get them in monster proportions. Karma is shit.

Of course this assumes you're not one of the bastard who don't get hangovers. Don't worry... you will. Just give it a few years.

I'd be happy with that if Karma plays fair. If I don't get hangovers when I can't really afford to go out on the lash, when I do get them I should be rich enough to care, Woo!
