This is a question Kids

Either you love 'em or you hate 'em. Or in the case of Fred West - both. Tell us your ankle-biter stories.

@Waxdart
..Just wait. He's lulling you into a false sense of security. He'll strike soon and with such force you'll be a gibbering wreck for hours.

Of course, after recovering you'll relay the story to ALL your friends who will laugh heartily at it, though secretly cringe.

Congratulations as well, this is the easy bit when all he'll do is sleep and occasionally demand attention.

What they said
Learn to sleep standing up.

Realise that you can't make everything sterile.

If anyone offers to help with anything say "Yes Please" very very quickly.

Take a lot of pictures.

Do not run out of: nappies/wipes/calpol/sudacrem/whisky. Everything else is optional.

Congrats and good luck.
