This is a question Little Victories II

I once got bumped up to first class in the 90 minute leg of a 16 hour flight. Tell us about your insignificant little triumphs and minor victories. (Driving a Honda Accord doesn't count).

Every time I read one of emvee's posts, I feel like a winner.

Well, you won't find any round here.
Losers, one and all.

A lot of the replies he gets are quite special

Aaaaaahhhhh...
Another lovely hit of dopamine!

Yeah, I've heard ADHD can do that

(, Fri 27 Mar 2015, 14:47, closed)
As I understand it, it's the other way around.
e.g. *low* dopamine levels are one factor in ADHD

I'll bow to your experience on that one
but well done for not letting it get you down
(, Fri 27 Mar 2015, 15:31, closed)
Shrug.
It really wouldn't concern me if I did have it, since there is a loose correlation between it and IQ.

On the rare occasons that I come across anyone over the age of 11 using "spastic" as an insult, I conclude that they must be completely thick

(, Fri 27 Mar 2015, 14:18, closed)
We don't say someone's "thick" any more, we say they have "learning disabilities"
What are you, some sort of fucking spastic or something?
(, Fri 27 Mar 2015, 14:24, closed)
Alright then, ignorant. "Thick" is different from having a low IQ
Looks like you're going to monitor this thread quite closely and have your finger of the trigger of "witty" repostes.
