if it had have been propur red wine then the fridge would have been a good call. propur red wine being that with 'medicinal' properties made by the monks at buckfastleigh abbey

but that's old timey room temperature, so 18-19 degrees C. Put in fridge, take out 45 minutes before you're going to drink it, lovely.
