My daughter was in hospital when she was three.
If a nurse had said that to her, there would have been one more casulty in that hospital that day.

I'm with you on thatI would go completely crazymental. I think that many medical staff become so institutionalised that they stop seeing patients as people and just see them as an annoyance.
