Yeah butJust because they do the job right sometimes doesn't excuse the horrific mistakes they make. Yeah, the NHS is stressed and the management structure is all kinds of buggered up but they shouldn't ever be allowed to rest on their laurels, because that's precisely when things start to slip up.
